Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel, and what happens to your account and credits after cancellation.

Quick summary: Cancel anytime from your Dashboard. Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Your remaining credits never expire and stay on your account.

1. Subscription Billing

ThumbnailGrader offers monthly subscriptions that automatically renew each month. Your billing date is set when you first subscribe, and you will be charged on that same date each month until you cancel.

Basic Plan: $6.95/month — 150 credits per month
Pro Plan: $9.95/month — 300 + 50 bonus credits per month
Creator Plan: $14.95/month — 600 + 100 bonus credits per month

Credits from your monthly subscription are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle and do not stack separately — they are added to your existing credit balance.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard:

Go to your Dashboard
Scroll to the Subscription section at the bottom
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

You can also cancel by contacting us at support@thumbnailgrader.com and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.
You will retain full access to the Service for the remainder of your paid period.
Any unused credits in your account will remain permanently — credits do not expire when you cancel.
Your grading history and account data are preserved.
You can resubscribe at any time from the Add Credits page.

4. Refunds — 24-Hour Satisfaction Window

We want you to feel confident every time you purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — no hoops, no hassle.

Here's how it works:

Within 24 hours of purchase: Contact us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours: Purchases are final. Credits have been added to your account and the service is available for use, so we're unable to issue refunds beyond this window.

This applies to both monthly subscriptions (first charge only) and one-time credit purchases. To request a refund within the 24-hour window, email us at support@thumbnailgrader.com with your account email and order details — we typically respond within a few hours.

5. One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases follow the same 24-hour refund window above. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. If you experience a technical issue (credits not added, double charge, etc.), contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it promptly.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.

7. Account Deletion

If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us at support@thumbnailgrader.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Any remaining credits will be forfeited upon deletion.
